#FoodieFriday: Spaghetti MeatBalls

1:55 PM

Speaking of Spaghetti and Meatballs……. I could eat this combo every single day of my life, and that's not a joke coz its the fact. Anyone who knows me knows that i love Spaghetti and pasta, and always count me in when it also comes to Meatballs.
I'll forever thank the person who first invented the combo of the two.
So as these two are engraved in my shadow, i taught i should share my personal recipe to honor this beautiful day…….
And what better way to kick start the weekend… #FoodieFriday
I hope you enjoy it.
Seasoning:
Black pepper
Salt (optional)
Curry powder (Favorite Curry Powder)
Sugar (Optional)
Maggi Cubes, (Optional)
Dry Basil leaf (Optional)
Garlic

 Other Ingredients:
 Organic Virgin Olive Oil
Butter
Onion
Scotch bonnet (Optional)
 Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
Fresh Parsley Leafs
Pasta Sauce (Any tomatoes paste of your choice)
Mince (For Meatballs)
Fresh Shredded Bread
Eggs
Skimmed Milk (Any liquid Milk of your choice)
Barilla Spaghetti (Any Spaghetti of your choice)
First make the meatballs
Bring the Mince to your largest Mixing bowl (of course depending on your quantity)
Shred your fresh bread, Add Favorite Milk to shredded bread
Add beaten Eggs and lots of your favorite Seasoning
Add mixture to the mix
Lastly add the mix to the Mixing bowl with Mince
Add Parsley also to the mix
Get your hands in and mix together really well - the more you squeeze and mash the mince, the more tender the meatballs will be.
Roll the mince mixture into golf ball size Meatballs (or into any shape of your choice)
Get everyone to help rolling meatballs and you’ll soon have supper on the table and another in the freezer.
Set aside any Meatballs for freezing and allowing 5 per portion, fry Meatballs in hot Oil for about 3 to 4 minutes both sides totaling to 8 to 9 minutes Until browned
- the meatballs will be brown and better if spaced out a bit, or you could spread meatballs in a roasting pan and heat in the oven 220C/200C 20 to 30 minutes Until browned
Meanwhile, make the Sauce
Heat one cube of butter mix with Virgin oil in your largest pan
Add Garlic and Onions and sizzle for 1 minute
Add Tomato paste, half a glass of wine, a tea spoon of Sugar, Basil and seasoning and stir
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Also Stir in Parsley Leaves, then add the Fried Meatballs to the pan to keep warm while you boil Spaghetti.
Spaghetti
Per Boil Spaghettin as usual for 5 to 10 minutes, add few drops of virgin oil to separate the and also to avoid then sticking together.
Drain and rinse with cold running water the bring back Spaghetti to a Steam with butter for few minutes in a hot pan, while adding a pinch of salt to taste.
Spoon the Sauce and the Meatballs over Spaghetti, or stir then all together and serve with extra Parmesan and a few basil leaves, if you like.
Enjoy!!
Lemme know you what you think about my recipe, and if you’ve tried this before don’t hesitate to lemme know how you make your Spaghetti Meatballs
